Volleyball Recap: Revere Gets the Win

Revere won the last time they faced Brecksville-Broadview Heights and things went their way on Saturday too. The Minutemen walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bees.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-23.

Ali Linderbaum paced Revere's offense, picking up six kills. Linderbaum got some help from Tessa Milicia and her nine assists.

Despite the loss, Brecksville-Broadview Heights still got an impressive performance from Charlotte Hocutt, who had 11 digs.

Revere's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Revere wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Copley on the 16th. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Walsh Jesuit on the 13th.
