After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Utica Eisenhower, Chippewa Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Fraser Ramblers. For the Big Reds, this counts as revenge for the 5-3 win the Ramblers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.
Miley Austin made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
