A feisty cat fight will be fought as Granada Bobcats duke it out with Flagler Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Granada and Flagler will really light up the scoreboard.
Granada is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing Primero: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Granada blew Primero out of the water with a 57-20 final score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Bobcats had established a 34 point advantage.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Granada to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dayzriana Quintana, who went 6-for-15 on her way to 16 points in addition to seven rebounds and seven steals. That's the most points Quintana has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kinsley Williams, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten boards.
Granada smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 11 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Flagler, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They breezed past Cotopaxi to the tune of 57-25 on Saturday.
Flagler's win came from a few key players Granada will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Rylie Berry, who had 14 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last three games she's played. Sydnie Berry was another key player, dropping a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.
Flagler pushed their record up to 13-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points over those games. As for Granada, their record is now 13-9.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Granada has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 34.1 boards per game. However, it's not like Flagler struggles in that department as they've been averaging 34.7 rebounds.
