Basketball Recap: Enderlin Takes a Loss

Enderlin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers 66-39. The Eagles lost against the Tigers in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 84-27 score last time.

Despite the loss, Enderlin still got an impressive performance from Aiden Chamberlin, who posted 13 points and eight boards. Those 13 points gave Chamberlin a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Orien Adargo, who had six points and six rebounds.

Even though they lost, Enderlin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive contests.

Enderlin's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah], their victory bumped their record up to 2-8.

Enderlin will host Hankinson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Langford has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
