The Johnson Crusaders will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Bordentown Scotties at 6:30 p.m. on February 21st. Johnson will be strutting in after a win while Bordentown will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Saturday, Johnson didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Governor Livingston, but they still walked away with a 55-51 win. The win was just what Johnson needed coming off of a 59-34 defeat in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought contest, but Bordentown had to settle for a 56-54 defeat against Lawrence on Friday. Bordentown has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Eunmin Choi put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored seven points along with ten steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Martin, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Johnson is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Bordentown, they dropped their record down to 12-12 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
