The Live Oak Acorns put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 28-24 victory over Christopher. 28 seems to be a good number for Live Oak as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Live Oak was led to victory by Christian Hauge and Josh Gagni. Hauge rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, while Gagni rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown.
Live Oak's victory was their eighth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 9-0. As for Christopher, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-1.
Live Oak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Christopher also has no future games currently scheduled.
