South Fulton is 0-5 against Westview since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The South Fulton Red Devils will look to defend their home court against the Westview Chargers at 6:00 p.m.
Last Tuesday, South Fulton ended up a good deal behind Obion County and lost 51-34. It was the first time this season that South Fulton let down their fans at home.
Westview has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 22 points or more this season. They were the clear victor by a 55-30 margin over McKenzie. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Westview.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Westview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mccall Sims, who scored 14 points. Ashlee Brent was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
South Fulton's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3. As for Westview, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
South Fulton was dealt a bruising 53-21 loss at the hands of Westview in their previous meeting back in January of 2022. Thankfully for South Fulton, Jada Harrison (who scored 17 points) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
