The Moffat County Bulldogs and the Palisade Bulldogs will compete for holiday cheer  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Palisade took a loss in their last  match and will be looking to turn the tables on Moffat County, who comes in off a win.
Moffat County picked up another tournament win  on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lotus School For Excellence 78-49.

Moffat County got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Kenyen Camilletti out in front who  posted 20 points along with seven  rebounds and six  steals. Camilletti is  crushing it when it comes to  steals: he's   grabbed at least two every time he's  taken the court this season.  Landyn Bollman was another key player,  dropping  a double-double on 15 points and 12  boards.
 Moffat County  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 18  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive boards in eight consecutive  games  dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile,  Palisade unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell  55-46 to Fountain-Fort Carson. The  contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring  matchup so far this season.
 Palisade's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Moffat County, they now  have a winning record of 2-1.
 Moffat County beat Palisade 64-53  in their previous meeting  back in November of 2023. Does  Moffat County have another victory up their sleeve, or will Palisade turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
