H-L-V gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They crushed Colo-NESCO 57-6. That result is just more of the same for H-L-V, who also won the last time these teams played.
H-L-V's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 37 points in the first half. Colo-NESCO couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 37-0 heading into the break. The other side of the ball was dominant for H-L-V in the second half, holding Colo-NESCO to a measly 6 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving H-L-V a 1-0 record and starting Colo-NESCO off at 0-1.
