Even though the Aberdeen Tigers have not done well against the North Fremont Huskies recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Aberdeen managed a 51-46 victory over North Fremont. The win made it back-to-back wins for Aberdeen.
Leading Aberdeen to victory were Griffin Knittel and Canon Foster. Knittel scored 19 points, while Foster scored 20 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Knittel has scored at least 25% of Aberdeen's points.
Aberdeen now has a winning record of 2-1. As for North Fremont, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-1.
Aberdeen will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on American Falls at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. As for North Fremont, they will head out on the road to face off against Declo at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th.
