Boonville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dakota Troost, who rushed for 153 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. Dakota Williams was in the mix too, providing Boonville with two touchdowns.
When it comes to explaining why Eldon lost, one person who can't be blamed is Hunter Hees. Despite the final result, he threw for 300 yards and five touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Devin Hardy was another key contributor, picking up 103 receiving yards and a touchdown.
