The Jensen Beach Falcons and the American Heritage Patriots squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Jensen Beach Falcons had to settle for second. They received a tough blow as they fell 60-46 to the Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Jensen Beach of the 57-53 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2022.
Despite the loss, Jensen Beach had strong showings from Charlie Alexander, who scored six points along with six rebounds and two steals, and Lincoln Campo, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alan Pacheco, who scored six points.
Jensen Beach now has a losing record at 12-13. As for American Heritage, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-11.
Jensen Beach does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for American Heritage, they will square off against Stranahan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. American Heritage will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 291st, while Stranahan is ranked 43rd).
