On Friday Mangham take on St. Frederick at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps state rankings predict a close match.
Last Friday, Mangham couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 27-44 fall.
Meanwhile, St. Frederick gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener. Everything went their way against D'Arbonne Woods as they made off with a 30-7 win. St. Frederick was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
St. Frederick's victory lifted them to 1-0 while Mangham's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if St. Frederick can add another positive mark to their record or if Mangham can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of St. Frederick's step.
