The Kennedy Crusaders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chicago Washington Patriots at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kennedy will be strutting in after a victory while Chicago Washington will be coming in after a loss.
On Tuesday, Kennedy was able to grind out a solid win over Juarez, taking the game 57-45.
Kennedy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Patryk Baliczek, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Baliczek has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Vincent Carrero, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Chicago Washington was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 40-36 to Hancock. Chicago Washington has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Kennedy's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Chicago Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
