The Bethlehem Catholic Hawks lost against the Easton Area Rovers back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Bethlehem Catholic fell 43-31 to Easton Area.
Easton Area's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryan Cornish, who scored 14 points. Jeremy Henry was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Bethlehem Catholic bumped their record down to 2-10 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Easton Area, their win bumped their record up to 5-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethlehem Catholic won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Ridley at 1:00 p.m. on January 13th. As for Easton Area, they will be playing at home against Parkland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parkland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Easton Area in Pennsylvania (Parkland is ranked 18th, while Easton Area is ranked 400th).
