The Seneca Indians had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past St. Pius X 41-17. Seneca's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Seneca had a senior duo take command as Jackson Marrs rushed for 186 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per carry and Gavyn Hoover rushed for 95 yards and three touchdowns. Marrs really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.
Seneca's win bumped their record up to 13-0. As for St. Pius X, their loss dropped their record down to 11-3.
Seneca is on the road again on Friday and play against Central. One thing working in Central's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight contests. St. Pius X does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
