It was a good run, but West Boca Raton unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the NSU University Sharks by a score of 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bulls have suffered since March 6th.

West Boca Raton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Derek Godfrey, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

West Boca Raton's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for NSU University, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.

West Boca Raton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for NSU University, they will square off against Florida Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Sharks surely won't give up without a fight.
