Fike had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the nine-goal drubbing they dealt Southern Wayne on Wednesday. The Golden Demons never let the Saints get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Fike, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Fike's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-6-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those four contests. As for Southern Wayne, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5-2.
