While it was all tied up 29-29 at halftime, the Brooke Point Black Hawks were not quite the North Stafford Wolverines's equal in the second half on Tuesday. Brooke Point fell to North Stafford 66-61. Brooke Point was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as North Stafford apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.
Brooke Point lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Seth Sanusi, who scored 12 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of TJ Wilkerson, who scored 14 points.
Brooke Point's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for North Stafford, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Brooke Point won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Charles J. Colgan at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th. Charles J. Colgan is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for North Stafford, they will head out on the road to face off against Stone Bridge at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
