The Cascade Champions won against the Forrest Rockets last Friday with 52 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. Cascade came out on top against Forrest by a score of 52-43. The score was all tied up 20-20 at the break, but Cascade was the better team in the second half.
When it comes to explaining why Forrest lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ben Villazon. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points along with four steals. Villazon hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Tristan Goad, who scored 12 points.
Cascade is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-12 record this season. As for Forrest, their defeat was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-21.
Cascade does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Forrest also has no future games currently scheduled.
