It was another big night for Hudson Walker, who shot 56% from the field en route to 22 points and eight boards. Those 22 points gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Bugnar, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds.
Evangel Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Restoration Academy was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Varsity Opponent 62-23. Restoration Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 39 points or more this season.
Restoration Academy's win came from a few key players Evangel Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jaiden Moffitt, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 14 points and six boards. Cortez Ruffin was another key player, shooting 56% from the field to rack up 13 points and three steals.
Evangel Christian's record is now 5-0. As for Restoration Academy, their record now sits at 5-2.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest-scoring teams around. Evangel Christian hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 68 points per game. However, it's not like Restoration Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 59 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can put up more.
