The Mifflin Punchers had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 68-37 loss at the hands of Upper Arlington on Saturday.
Mifflin's loss came despite strong showings from John Glover and Mike Woodyard. Glover scored 17 points, while Woodyard scored 10 points.
Mifflin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Upper Arlington, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Mifflin will be playing in front of their home fans against Briggs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Upper Arlington, they will head out on the road to face off against Hilliard Bradley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
