After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Whitehouse, Nacogdoches was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Tyler Lions as Nacogdoches made off with a 12-2 victory. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Dragons this season.
Nacogdoches let Tyren Mathews and Jayden Ard run wild. Mathews scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Ard went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one triple, and two RBI.
