Northwest hadn't done well against Orrville recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Indians blew past the Red Riders 6-1. The result was nothing new for Northwest, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Orrville from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jaxon Collett led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The victory was the third in a row for Northwest, bringing their record up to 8-1-1. As for Orrville, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1-2 and their overall record down to 4-4-2.

Coincidentally, Northwest and Orrville will both be playing Fairless the next time they take the pitch. The Indians will host the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Red Riders will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
