University Prep waltzed into their matchup  on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Yreka Miners as they made off with  a  13-4 win. Considering the Panthers have won 11 games by more than five  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Hailey Pebley made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  tossed seven innings while giving up  four earned runs off   ten  hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 25 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with two  RBI and one  run. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in March.
 In other batting news,  Abigail Lewis was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April of 2024.  Brianna Schuette also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  double of the season.
 University Prep  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. They are  a perfect 9-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
University Prep's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 15-10-2. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Yreka, their loss dropped their record down to 5-21.
As of now, neither University Prep nor the Miners have any future games scheduled.
