Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nettleton). They blew past the Walnut Wildcats 93-73 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-55 on November 8th.

When it comes to explaining why Walnut lost, don't look at Logan Wilbanks. Despite the final result, he shot 50% from the field on his way to 30 points. That was a full 41.1% of the Wildcats' points, marking the sixth time in a row Wilbanks has posted more than a third of the team's points. Sawyer Cardwell was another key player, dropping a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Nettleton now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Walnut, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Nettleton will challenge Amory at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Walnut, they will take on Alcorn Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
