The Alonso Ravens will head out to  face off against the Sickles Gryphons  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Sickles took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Alonso, who comes in off a win.
 Last Friday, Alonso blew past Robinson, posting  a  55-7 victory on the road.
  Josh Andrews went supernova for Alonso, rushing for 166 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also picking up 105 receiving yards and a touchdown.  Joseph Glennon was another key player, throwing for 170 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 passes.
 Meanwhile, Sickles fell victim to Oviedo and their airtight defense  on Friday. They had to suffer through a   58-0 loss at the hands of the Lions. The Gryphons just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row dating back to last season.
 The  win  got Alonso back to even at 1-1. As for Sickles, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Alonso skirted past Sickles  27-25 when the teams last played  back in September of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Alonso since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
