Colonial recap October 29, 2013
Adding to the longest winning streak in Colonial this week, Catasauqua beat Northern Lehigh 40-0. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Rough Riders.
Wilson Area fell to Saucon Valley 53-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Nick Labatch was a bright spot for the Warriors, as he ran for 81 yards and caught 2 passes for 10 yards in the loss.
The Panthers' dynamic duo of Keith Mosher and Mike Kane proved tough for Wilson Area to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Mosher threw for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns and Kane had 69 yards receiving. Nick Savant helped Saucon Valley's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 49 yards.

Vass provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Slaters lost to the Tigers.
Pen Argyl's Ryan Hunt and Nick Oyer led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback Hunt has thrown for 901 yards this season, while Oyer has 21 catches for 589 yards. Savant from Saucon Valley leads the league in rushing with 1,278 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Catasauqua takes on Northwestern Lehigh. At the moment, Tom Falzone's team is in first, while the Tigers are in sixth.
