The Cocoa Beach Minutemen are taking a road trip to take on the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Cocoa Beach's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Melbourne Central Catholic's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Cocoa Beach's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Calvary Chapel Academy with a sharp 10-0 win. With that victory, the Minutemen brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
Colton Marshall made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February.

Cocoa Beach has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season.
