Tipton won the last time they met up with Northwestern, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Tipton were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Northwestern 36-0. Followers of Tipton probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.
The win bumped Tipton's record up to 6-0. Northwestern are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-6.
Tipton will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Hamilton Heights. Hamilton Heights took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Tipton's good fortune. As for Northwestern, they will face off against Western. Northwestern stagger into the contest hobbled by six consecutive losses while Western skip in buoyed by four consecutive wins.
