Westerville South's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Deziah Dupree, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cirrye White, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Worthington Kilbourne's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 6-7. As for Westerville South, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.
