Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Blue Ridge). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the S & S Consolidated Rams a 22-0 shutout on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won three contests in a row.

Blue Ridge pushed their record up to 5-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for S & S Consolidated, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
