Basketball Game Preview: Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers vs. Redfield Pheasants

The Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers will face off against the Redfield Pheasants at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] and 12 for Redfield.

SCHLACHTER is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played.

Meanwhile, Redfield took a blow against Clark/Willow Lake on Thursday, falling 56-17. While losing is never fun, the Pheasants can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 135th, while the Cyclones are ranked 31st).

Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven]'s loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Redfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.

Everything went Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven]'s way against Redfield in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] made off with a 58-32 victory.
