On Friday Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy take on Menominee Indian . Both teams are strolling into their matchup after big wins in their previous games.
After having lost a blowout in their match three weeks ago against Sevastopol, Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy were happy to find some success two weeks ago. Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy steamrollered Oneida Nation 44-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-0.
Meanwhile, Menominee Indian have had to suffer through a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took the game and then some with a 38-0 victory last Friday over Oneida Nation. Menominee Indian were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped Menominee Indian to 1-6 and Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy to 2-4. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
