After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland Baptist Christian, Westminster Christian Academy were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 56-46 win over Pine Prairie. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Westminster Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played two weeks ago.
Westminster Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tyler Spraggins led the charge by scoring 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zade Prejean, who scored 15 points.
Westminster Christian Academy pushed their record up to 5-2 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Pine Prairie, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Westminster Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Northside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Pine Prairie will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Vinton at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th.
