The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cascia Hall in their matchups with Lincoln Christian: they've now lost seven in a row.
Lincoln Christian was led to victory by Kayli Atkinson and Maddi Stewart. Atkinson scored 19 points along with 5 steals, while Stewart scored 26 points along with 7 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Hallie Kitchen, who scored 7 points.
Cascia Hall's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lincoln Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Cascia Hall will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Heritage Hall at 1:30 p.m. on December 16th. As for Lincoln Christian, they will face off against Catoosa at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
