Adding to the longest winning streak in Big North - National this week, Northern Valley beat Randolph 35-7. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Golden Knights.
Northern Valley was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating the Rams. Brian Dunn's team came in at 18 in the state poll after placing at number 26 last week.
Indian Hills's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tim O'Brien threw for 183 and 3 touchdowns and Ryan Thompson had 133 yards receiving. On the ground Nick Andreotta chipped in 178 yards. Mike Bluze helped Indian Hills' passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 26 yards.
The Braves' dynamic duo of O'Brien and Thompson proved tough for High Point to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Bluze helped Indian Hills' passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 26 yards.
He went 15-19 with 2 interceptions.
Lakeland Regional's Adam Wallerstein and Steven Thompson led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Wallerstein has thrown for 1,902 yards this season, while Thompson has 41 catches for 862 yards. Northern Valley Regional's Matthew Liparini leads the league in rushing yards with 1,145.
The Norsemen took down Mount Olive 55-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
