Volleyball Recap: Mcfarland's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

McFarland had to endure a four-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Stoughton Vikings by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Kayla Landerud paced McFarland's offense, picking up six kills. Landerud got some help from Alex Faust and her seven assists. Kylie Ganshert controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

McFarland's victory bumped their record up to 16-19. As for Stoughton, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-29.

McFarland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Reedsburg on the 11th. As for Stoughton, they will head out to square off against Oregon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
