Great Crossing came out on top against Western Hills on Tuesday thanks in part to Nate Adkins's efforts. Adkins wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with two or fewer walks.
