Fayette County was led to victory by Christian McAllister and Keith Gillespie. McAllister scored 21 points along with 7 assists and 5 rebounds, while Gillespie went 6 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and 3 assists. Gillespie hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Jackson Rutley, who scored 6 points along with 7 rebounds.
Troup County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Fayette County, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
Troup County will head out on the road to face off against Harris County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harris County comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Fayette County, they will face off against Northgate at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Northgate has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 265 points over their last four matches.
