Despite the defeat, Warner had strong showings from Anthony Porras , who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds, and Angel Carachure , who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him.
Ocean View Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Warner, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Ocean View Christian will stay at home for another game and welcome Liberty Charter at 5:00 p.m. on January 9th. Liberty Charter is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Warner, they will head out on the road to face off against Julian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Julian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
