Khloe Herron put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in February on Monday. She struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Herron and Cordova will head out on the road to face off against Carbon Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Herron duked it out with Carbon Hill (back in April of 2024), Cordova came out on top by a score of 11-10. Will another strong game from Herron be enough to do it again?
