Point Loma waltzed into their game on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Mar Vista Mariners as they made off with a 13-3 victory. That's two games straight that the Pointers have won by exactly ten runs.
Ryoko Schroth was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and not a single walk). In other batting news, Point Loma let Annika Isaacson and Leyton MacPherson run wild.
