Eminence came tearing into Friday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 39-35 W against the Bunker Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Redwings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Eminence's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points over those games. As for Bunker, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-4.
