Riley Horton Delivers Best  Performance of Season
  Riley Horton produced his most outstanding game to date while leading West Forsyth to the win  on Friday. Horton threw for 197 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 81 yards on only eight carries. The  effort  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in August.
 The  win (which was West Forsyth's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Horton and West Forsyth will be playing at home against R.J. Reynolds  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Darell Paige Makes It Two for West Forsyth
 Another West Forsyth player making an appearance on this list is  Darell Paige. He wasn't messing around on Friday, picking up 83 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. The  contest was his third straight with two or   more rushing touchdowns.
 For the season,  Paige  has caught  those 2 touchdowns while averaging 21.6 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he had one  rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to eight.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Zion Thompson Leads Mount Tabor over Glenn
  Zion Thompson produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Mount Tabor to the win  on Friday. Thompson rushed for 99 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 72 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Thompson is probably looking forward to his next game, a  road matchup against Reagan on Thursday. When  Thompson last faced the Raiders  back in October of 2023, he rushed for 167 yards while picking up 9.3 yards per carry.

Bryce Baker Goes Supernova in East Forsyth Win
  Bryce Baker's big game helped extend East Forsyth's winning streak to eight on Friday. Baker was dynamite, throwing for 259 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
 If the past is any indication,  Baker could be in store for another big game when he takes on Glenn on Thursday. When  Baker last faced the Bobcats  back in October of 2023, he threw for 276 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.8 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

CJ Blevins' Rushing Yards a New Career-High
 On Friday, West Forsyth got the W thanks in part to  CJ Blevins playing the best football he has all season. Blevins rushed for 165 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's  played.
 For the year,  Blevins  has averaged 17.4 receiving yards per game.
