The Norwell Knights will be home for the holidays to greet the DeKalb Barons at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Norwell is ranked 185th, while DeKalb is ranked 160th).
Norwell unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They were beaten by Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian 72-36. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Norwell has scored all season.
Meanwhile, DeKalb blew past Fremont, posting a 72-43 victory at home.
Norwell's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for DeKalb, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Norwell strolled past DeKalb in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 by a score of 66-49. Will Norwell repeat their success, or does DeKalb have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
