Chaminade strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 67-66 W against the El Camino Real Royals. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 56-51 victory the Royals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Chaminade's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kahlil Cantwell, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Braylon Sherwood, who went 5-for-11 on his way to 18 points and five rebounds.

Chaminade smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in three consecutive games.
