From high school fields to elite club circuits and eventually the 2028 Olympics, participation in flag football is growing rapidly across the country.
To spotlight the talent fueling that growth, MaxPreps has compiled a list of 100 flag football players to watch during the 2025-26 school year. This list features a mix of athletes expected to compete in the fall, winter and spring seasons depending on their state's schedule.
We have also included players from states participating in pilot programs as the sport continues to expand nationwide.
Selections were based on statistics submitted to MaxPreps, coach nominations, game film and in-person evaluations. We are continuing to take nominations — if you know someone who should be on this list, email
