The Knox Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They strolled past Luther with points to spare, taking the game 90-73. The final score was a far cry from the score of their previous head-to-head, which saw the teams combine for two points.
When it comes to explaining why Luther lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tristan Elcock. Despite the final result, he scored 22 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. Elcock has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Everette Mckeller, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
The win got Knox back to even at 2-2. As for Luther, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-10.
Knox does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Luther will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
