After a string of three wins, the Round Valley Mustangs's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 55-48 to Mendocino. Round Valley was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mendocino to victory, but perhaps none more so than Theo Hahn, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Zeramby, who scored 13 points.
Round Valley's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-8. As for Mendocino, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.
Round Valley will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mendocino, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Bearcats at 8:00 p.m. Potter Valley comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
